Do you know where the next DCA is happening?
It is going to be in Addis Ababa, the diplomatic city of Africa. This is DCA is not like any other, it is going to be a joint DCA for both RI Districts 9215 and 9216. It is uniquely crafted to give you an unforgettable experience.
Hence, I am extremely delighted to invite you to join us from April 15th to 18th 2027 at Ethiopian Skylight Hotel for an amazing DCA where lots of engaging, entertaining and fun activities are awaiting. This is not an event to be missed and we would love to see you all in Addis.

Welcome, እንኳን ደህና መጡ, أهلاً وسهلاً
Dear Rotarians, allow me to welcome you to the very first DCA of District 9215. We aren’t always witness’s to history but we will be during this DCA. We have stepped out of the amazing District 9212, into two new, agile, focused, and dynamic Districts that march forward to Create Lasting Impact.
We will meet as two Districts but we are one family. A DCA is more than a gathering. It is a call to action. It is a moment for us to come together, renew our purpose, and recommit ourselves to the ideals that define Rotary: service, fellowship, integrity, diversity, leadership, and above all, making a difference that endures.
Why Addis Ababa? We return here after several years. Ethiopia and Addis have been at the centre of African history. Let us create our own history as two Districts celebrate their first DCA’s together. Addis has much to offer all Rotarians and Rotaractors. History, culture, amazing culinary experiences, and vibrant nightlife in a safe and hospitable setting. The organising committees will ensure that all participants have a meaningful experience during their time in Addis.
The theme before us reminds us that true service is not measured only by what we do today, but by the legacy we leave behind. Lasting impact means building stronger communities, empowering people, and creating solutions that continue to change lives long after the applause has ended.
As Rotarians, we are not called merely to participate. We are called to lead. We are called to identify needs, mobilize resources, work together, and turn vision into meaningful action. In every project we undertake, in every partnership we build, and in every life we touch, we have the opportunity to create change that lasts.
This Assembly is therefore a platform for learning, sharing, and strengthening our collective resolve. Let us use this time to exchange ideas, sharpen our strategies, and inspire one another to serve with greater purpose and deeper commitment.
May this conference assembly energize us, unite us, and challenge us to think beyond the present moment. Let us leave not only informed, but inspired. Not only connected, but committed. Not only ready to serve, but always ready to create lasting impact.
