Open to all Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact Clubs in District 9216 in good standing (RI, District and Country dues are up to date and no ethical issues). 2. Entries are quarterly and the first set cover July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. 3. Submissions via Google Form shared in Whatsapp groups. 4. Clubs can submit maximum of two entries per category. 5.
